📋 Description

• The Vice President, Business Systems & Transformation will lead the assessment, optimization, and long-term strategy for Lone Wolf’s business systems ecosystem across the entire customer lifecycle—from quote to cash.
• Day to day, the role involves evaluating current processes, technology platforms, integrations, and organizational capabilities to create a scalable roadmap that improves efficiency, customer experience, data integrity, and business performance.
• The position operates within LWolf, Inc., a company focused on transforming business systems to support scalable growth and cross-functional alignment.
• The role offers the opportunity to drive enterprise-wide transformation, align Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Product, and Operations teams around a unified systems strategy, and shape the future of the company’s operational infrastructure.
