  • • As the Vice President (VP), Client Partner for EMEA, you will be the pivotal leader responsible for cultivating and expanding senior client relationships, driving significant business outcomes for a dedicated portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • • You will serve as Tinuiti’s senior in-market client delivery leader within the United Kingdom, embodying our commitment to growth and accountability.
  • • Your primary focus will be architecting and executing multi-year growth strategies tailored to the unique needs of our EMEA clients, ensuring alignment with their overarching business objectives and P&L.
  • • You will lead critical client touchpoints, including strategic planning sessions, performance reviews, and executive updates, fostering deep partnerships and ensuring clear, actionable insights translate into measurable success.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our global channel leads, Product/Bliss Point teams, and Analytics experts to convert complex data and insights into clear, actionable decisions that drive client growth.
  • • You will play a critical role in the strategic expansion of US-based accounts into the EMEA region, navigating complex global contract structures and ensuring our service model is seamlessly adapted to regional nuances and time zones.
  • • This role demands a leader capable of ensuring our service model operates effectively across diverse regions and time zones, maintaining Tinuiti’s high standards of delivery.
  • • You will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary client delivery team, typically through Directors and Group Directors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • • You will act as a senior support layer for UK-based teams, providing guidance and mentorship even when direct line management is not in place, ensuring consistent delivery at the high level our clients expect.
  • • Your remit extends to ensuring client performance and the overall business health of your assigned pod and the in-market operations in the UK/EMEA, focusing on accelerating growth, reducing churn, developing leadership talent, and ensuring the consistent and effective application of the Tinuiti Way.
  • • At the VP, Client Partner (E1) level, you will own a pod or vertical-level portfolio of clients, with significant P&L influence in partnership with Finance and senior leadership.
  • • You will be responsible for setting 1-3 year goals and strategies that champion innovation, enhance productivity, and drive profitable growth within your client portfolio.
  • • Your regional remit involves acting as a senior Client Partner presence in the UK, providing essential in-market leadership and oversight for UK/EMEA work within your pod.
  • • You will partner closely with US-based leaders to adapt global strategies and standards to the specific realities of the EMEA market.
  • • You will directly manage Directors, Group Directors, and/or Senior Client Partners, while indirectly leading multi-disciplinary channel teams across Search, Social, TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail, CRM, and Creative.
  • • You will provide crucial coaching and support to UK-based leaders and teams, even where line management responsibilities lie elsewhere, ensuring a unified approach to client success.
  • • Your scope encompasses client health, revenue growth, and retention for a defined set of strategic accounts, including those led from the UK and global clients with a substantial UK/EMEA footprint.
  • • You will lead the expansion of US-based accounts into EMEA and contribute significantly to the global contract strategy for these accounts.
  • • A core responsibility is to serve as the senior sponsor and owner of client relationships within your Pod/Vertical, aligning strategies with client P&Ls, customer journeys, and executive-level outcomes.
  • • You will lead or co-lead critical client touchpoints, ensuring insightful conversations that lead to clear commitments and drive client success.
  • • You will provide essential in-market oversight for UK and EMEA client work, ensuring expectations, deliverables, and operating rhythms are optimized for local stakeholders and time zones.
  • • You will lead or actively support the expansion of US-based accounts into EMEA, defining objectives, shaping go-to-market and service models, and collaborating with regional channel leaders to adapt strategies to local market and regulatory conditions.
  • • You will work closely with Legal and Finance teams to develop and manage global/multi-region contract structures, including MSAs, SOWs, pricing, fees, SLAs, and data terms, ensuring scalability and sustainability across UK/EMEA and US teams.
  • • You will evangelize a product- and measurement-led operating model across your pod, setting clear expectations for the adoption and quality of Bliss Point and tech-enabled services, linking their utilization to client retention, cross-sell opportunities, and operational efficiency.
  • • You will coach Directors and Client Partners to effectively translate App Suite outputs and measurement caveats into clear options, trade-offs, and thresholds that inform decisions at senior client levels.
  • • You will consolidate and escalate product/measurement needs and friction points identified by UK/EMEA teams and clients, collaborating with Product/Bliss Point, Analytics, and senior leadership to prioritize solutions and pilot new initiatives.
  • • You will govern the measurement strategy for your pod, including MMM and incrementality guardrails and attribution caveats, ensuring consistent application across markets while respecting local data privacy realities like GDPR and platform policies.
  • • You will institutionalize an “analytics in the flow” approach, embedding planning and review rituals, simple dashboards, explicit assumptions, and documented decisions into daily operations to inform plans and forecasts.
  • • You will present and support persuasive, data-driven narratives in senior client environments, often involving mixed US/UK stakeholders, to secure significant investments or course-correct client trajectories.
  • • You will apply expert-level, measurement-guided strategy across a diversified mix of paid, owned, and earned media within your pod, codifying how channels collaborate to drive growth in both US and UK/EMEA contexts.
  • • You will ensure operating standards, including briefs, plans, reviews, and decision logs, consistently integrate product, measurement, and channel thinking into a cohesive and accessible narrative for senior clients.
  • • You will act as a senior ambassador for Tinuiti’s values and ways of working in the UK, adapting global playbooks to local nuances such as partners, regulations, and culture, and feeding regional insights back into global standards.
  • • You will own your book of business with support from Operations and Finance partners, aligning key objectives (Rocks/KPIs), forecasting scenarios, and managing risk/return in line with client and company goals, proactively identifying and managing retention and margin risks.
  • • You will drive continuous improvement in how global and UK work is delivered, conducting light process audits, facilitating best-practice sharing, and establishing feedback loops specifically focused on cross-region challenges like handoffs and time zone management.
  • • You will serve as a visible “first escalation layer” in-market for complex client issues requiring senior intervention and collaborate with SVPs/CCOs on systemic or commercial escalations.
  • • You will lead and develop Directors, Group Directors, and Senior Client Partners within your pod, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and supporting deliberate career development plans.
  • • You will act as a senior support layer for UK-based teams, mentoring UK leaders, offering guidance and escalation paths, and helping to resolve regional challenges impacting team health or performance.
  • • You will partner with the People/Talent team to build a strong UK/EMEA leadership and individual contributor bench, actively participating in talent reviews, succession discussions, and hiring decisions for key roles.
  • • You will shape vertical strategy by identifying market opportunities and client needs, refining go-to-market positioning with Marketing/I&G teams.
  • • You will own relationships as a senior relationship owner for key vertical accounts, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client objectives.
  • • You will drive external presence by representing Tinuiti in UK/EMEA industry forums, including select conferences, trade bodies, and publisher/platform councils, to strengthen our market presence and stay ahead of regional shifts.
  • • You will embody Tinuiti’s values: "Greatness attracts Greatness" by raising the craft and leadership bar, seeking feedback, and embracing technology; "Clients grow, we grow" by anchoring strategies in financial and customer outcomes; and "Culture of ownership" by owning client success and team health across markets.
