- • As the Vice President, Delivery reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will drive end-to-end delivery excellence across all product lines for Availity, a leading healthcare engagement platform connecting over 2 million providers and processing 12 billion transactions annually. This role is critical to ensuring customer commitments, operational rigor, and strategic growth objectives are consistently met while translating strategy into operational execution alongside senior leadership in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
- • You will develop and drive enterprise delivery strategy aligned with company goals, scale delivery operations across all product lines, create and maintain delivery frameworks and governance standards, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmaps and capacity planning, identify and execute process improvements, set the foundation for a professional services organization, lead and develop leaders and teams, build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, oversee delivery cycle execution for quality and timeliness, establish KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring and risk mitigation, own resource allocation and utilization targets, serve as the executive point of contact for delivery performance, communicate updates to leadership, collaborate with sales on engagement feasibility, support strategic planning and budgeting, drive adoption of delivery methodologies and tools, analyze operational data for strategic enhancements, modernize delivery infrastructure through tooling and automation, and embed a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in delivery, operations, consulting, program management, or related areas.
- • 7+ years of leadership experience managing Director-level leaders or equivalent senior managers.
- • Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed delivery organizations supporting multiple products or business lines.
- • In-depth knowledge of delivery methodologies and best‑practice frameworks.
- • Proven ability to drive operational transformation, implement scalable processes, and elevate delivery maturity.
- • Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
- • Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, healthcare, or similarly complex delivery environments.
- • Prior responsibility for P&L related delivery metrics (revenue realization, utilization, efficiency).
- • Prior experience in authorization or utilization management operations, preferably in a healthcare or payer environment.
- • Background in working across product management, engineering, customer success, or sales organizations.
- • Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile certifications, or similar credentials.
