- • The Vice President of Strategic Account Sales leads a team of Strategic Account Executives and drives sales for organizations with annual revenues over $10B, focusing on expanding Delinea’s Identity Security Platform in the U.S. market.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, recruiting and coaching team members, forecasting sales, managing budgets, building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with channel partners to close complex deals.
- • Delinea is a global leader in identity security, leveraging AI-powered intelligence to secure human and machine identities across cloud and traditional infrastructure, with a mission to make the world a safer place through innovation and integrity.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in enterprise cybersecurity sales, refine strategic go-to-market planning, mentor high-performing sales teams, and contribute directly to company growth while working remotely with limited travel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience as a software sales executive selling to a corporate IT audience
- • Bachelors degree or equivalent
- • Exceptional leadership and people skills with proven success leading a national team
- • Classic training in a proven sales methodology (i.e., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC or similar)
- • Experience working with Channel Partners
- • Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations
- • Track record of success in coaching Account Executives in how to identify, cultivate and close five to six figure+ transactions
- • Working knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture desired
- • Experience using Salesforce and related productivity tools
- • Knowledge/familiarity with modern prospecting and customer analytics applications
