📋 Description
- • Develops and executes HR strategies aligned with company objectives, serving as a key contributor to senior leadership decision-making.
- • Oversees the Personal Care HR function, providing visionary leadership to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, and values-driven workplace culture.
- • Designs and aligns the employee brand and value proposition with the overall corporate brand and strategic goals.
- • Partners with business units to identify organizational development opportunities and drive effective change management initiatives supporting growth and transformation.
- • Leads initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through data-informed programs and interventions.
- • Collaborates with HR Business Partners to address, resolve, and mitigate employee relations issues, providing expert counsel and implementing reduction strategies.
- • Identifies, tracks, and analyzes key HR metrics to support data-driven business and human capital decisions.
- • Partners with management and internal teams to design and deliver a formal and informal employee communication program that enhances organizational alignment.
- • Leverages emerging technologies and tools to collect and analyze critical workforce data for strategic human capital planning.
- • Drives the HR function to be recognized internally as a service-oriented, business-aligned partner committed to excellence and operational support.
- • Determines optimal staffing resources to meet organizational goals and ensure HR team effectiveness.
- • Builds and mentors a high-performing senior leadership team through formal education and coaching focused on management and project management principles.
- • Defines annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) directly tied to corporate objectives and oversees their attainment.
- • Directs and coaches senior leaders on performance gaps, career development pathways, and succession planning strategies.
- • Oversees all core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, selection, compensation, rewards, terminations, and employee relations.
- • Accountable for strategic design, execution, and collective outcomes of HR initiatives across the organization.
- • Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention targets by leading the development and implementation of targeted programs.
- • Directs cross-functional change management efforts to increase operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- • Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive customer success.
- • Prepares and manages assigned HR budgets, analyzes variances, and implements corrective actions to optimize operational performance.
- • May lead special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- • Requires occasional business travel to support organizational needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
- • 15+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably with nationwide teams
- • 10+ years of leadership experience managing HR teams
- • HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable
- • Demonstrated ability to achieve business results through collaboration with management and employees
- • Deep experience leading HR teams recognized as proactive and service-oriented by both leadership and staff
