- • Lead finance transformation initiatives for private equity-backed portfolio companies, focusing on strategic improvements to finance functions including process optimization, technology enablement, and AI-driven automation.
- • Conduct comprehensive finance function diagnostics by evaluating people, processes, and technology to develop value-creation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- • Design and implement future-state operating platforms covering organizational structure, finance processes, and technology stacks across lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A domains.
- • Develop detailed implementation plans for transformation initiatives, quantifying benefits and substantiating outcomes with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- • Support execution of technology and automation initiatives within ERPs and through bespoke solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- • Assist Transformation Directors in governing multi-workstream transformation programs, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of outcomes.
- • Coordinate change management efforts across multiple functions and stakeholder groups to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- • Measure ROI of finance improvement initiatives, identify delivery risks, and collaborate with internal and client teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- • Manage end-to-end workstreams for single clients under the guidance of Managing Directors, Senior Directors, and Directors, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- • Supervise and mentor junior team members including Associates and Analysts, providing guidance on deliverables, professional development, and client engagement.
- • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders at portfolio companies and representatives from private equity sponsors.
- • Contribute to business development by collaborating with practice teams to develop proposals, client presentations, and response documents for new opportunities.
- • Participate in internal firm initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, methodology, and operational capabilities.
- • Travel to client sites as required to support on-site engagements and ensure successful project execution.
- • Apply deep knowledge of finance best practices to professionalize finance functions, improve reporting accuracy, and free up capacity for strategic insight generation.
- • Leverage advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, build financial models, and present findings to executive-level clients.
- • Maintain a strong client service mindset, prioritizing responsiveness, clarity, and value delivery in all client interactions.
- • Operate with entrepreneurial spirit in a flat, high-growth organization, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
