- • The Vice President of Affiliate Marketing at Tinuiti serves as the visionary leader for the affiliate practice, responsible for defining the next generation of performance-based partnerships in an era of AI disruption and evolving search landscapes. This role is critical to keeping clients ahead of the curve by architecting innovative strategies that drive measurable growth and eliminate waste.
- • Day to day, the VP will oversee high-level client relationships, drive departmental P&L, mentor a high-performing team of affiliate experts, and serve as the most senior leader in client engagements, ensuring affiliate programs align with broader business objectives while leading pitches and identifying expansion opportunities with the business development team.
- • Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees. The company unites media and measurement under one roof through proprietary technology like Bliss Point by Tinuiti, delivering measurable results with a focus on growth and accountability across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic foresight to anticipate AI, privacy, and search engine impacts on affiliate ecosystems, transition the team toward content-led full-funnel partnership ecosystems, optimize tech stacks for best-in-class attribution, integrate affiliate strategies with other media channels, and foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and high performance through mentorship and resource planning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years in digital marketing with at least 10 years specializing in Affiliate/Partnership marketing
- • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- • Proven track record scaling complex, multi-million dollar affiliate programs across diverse verticals (B2C, B2B, Retail, etc.)
- • Expert fluency in major affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, etc.) and sophisticated understanding of multi-touch attribution models
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- • Exceptional ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for C-suite stakeholders
