- • As Vice President of Growth at Peek Travel Inc., you will serve as a full-spectrum growth architect responsible for driving sustainable, compounding growth across three distinct brands—Peek Pro, ACME Ticketing, and Connect&GO—by blending high-velocity paid acquisition with organic engines, AI-era discoverability, and product-led growth loops. This role is critical to scaling Peek’s position as the operating system powering the $7B experiences industry, where you will own the metrics that inform executive investment decisions and build systems that reduce reliance on continuous ad spend.
- • Day to day, you will manage high-velocity performance marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube with 30–50 active creatives; build programmatic SEO and content infrastructure to capture long-tail demand; optimize Peek’s presence in AI-generated answers via LLM optimization strategies; design and run structured experimentation programs across the funnel; lead account-based marketing efforts for enterprise clients; develop distinct go-to-market playbooks for each brand; oversee growth reporting including CAC, LTV, payback period, and funnel conversion; and hire, develop, and hold accountable a small, high-output growth team.
