• • The Vice President of Growth at AbriCare Inc. is a strategic and execution-oriented sales leader responsible for driving census growth, referral volume, and market expansion across the company’s Personal Care Services platform, with a focus on Medicaid-funded populations in Missouri, Ohio, and future markets.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and leading multi-state growth strategies, building and managing referral pipelines with Area Agencies on Aging, Medicaid waiver programs, and community organizations, personally engaging in high-impact referral relationships, coordinating go-to-market plans for new branch launches with Operations, setting and monitoring sales KPIs, and representing AbriCare as a mission-driven leader in-market.
• • AbriCare is a mission-driven company founded to put caregivers first, positioned to become a next-generation leader in Personal Care Services (PCS), addressing a $75B+ U.S. healthcare market growing 8–10% annually by solving structural workforce crises through better support for care providers.
