  • • As Vice President of Network Operations at Catalight Foundation, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for ensuring reliable access to high-quality, person-centered care for individuals and families across Northern California and beyond, directly supporting the organization’s mission to create a more equitable world for people with developmental disabilities.
  • • You will drive the execution of Catalight Care Services’ administrative operations, overseeing Network Services, Support Services, Client Services, and other non-clinical teams to build structure, sustainability, and scalability for rapid growth, including the goal of expanding access to 100K families by 2030.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing operational oversight and management of Network Management Teams, creating and monitoring performance metrics, ensuring clear job responsibilities and expectations, assigning and distributing work appropriately, and addressing performance issues in a timely manner.
  • • You will drive operational excellence by implementing the right tools, processes, and resources to deliver on clinical, quality, operational, and financial goals while maintaining alignment with the leadership team and simplifying experiences for employees, providers, and clients through improved tools and best practices.
  • • A core function involves creating and executing departmental budgets and resources to meet operational plans without compromising service quality, partnering with the SVP of CCS to develop infrastructure, processes, and personnel plans that accommodate rapid growth objectives.
  • • You will ensure operational and administrative standards are upheld to meet or exceed accreditation specifications, enhance scalable systemic change through automated scheduling and technology, and represent CCS effectively in direct and indirect contact with clients, partners, funders, community members, and stakeholders.
  • • Leadership duties include fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization, building empowered and wellbeing-driven teams, modeling high performance and accountable leadership, ensuring a talent pipeline and succession plan, and stewarding shared services, integration, and operational efficiency.
  • • You will collaborate closely with leaders of each functional area, business leaders, other teams within CCS, and supporting infrastructure across the Family of Companies to reliably meet targets and evolve network management and service delivery capabilities.

  • • Proven track record of inspiring teams, strong operational and programmatic thinking, driving organizational growth, and championing social impact, particularly within a nonprofit or community-focused setting.
  • • Ability to communicate effectively within the work environment, read and write using the primary language, and utilize computer and cell phone (iPhone) for job functions.
  • • Visual and auditory ability to work with clients, staff, and others continuously, with frequent speaking and listening (25-75%) required in the workplace.
  • • Commitment to managing a remote schedule aligned with PST business hours to support healthy team rhythm and effective cross-functional partnership.
  • • Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through DOJ, Office of Inspector General clearance, and a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • • Demonstrated appreciation for cross-departmental collaboration, personable approach to working with individuals at all levels, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to document accuracy.
