- • As Vice President of Sales at LucidLink Corporation, you will lead the scaling of a world-class sales organization to drive explosive revenue growth and secure partnerships with customers of all sizes, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making data instantly and securely accessible from everywhere.
- • You will take ownership of creating, executing, and continuously improving LucidLink’s sales strategy, refining and implementing the sales methodology to ensure consistency and repeatable success across the US market, while aligning closely with product, marketing, and operations to anticipate market shifts and deliver exceptional customer value.
- • Day to day, you will lead and scale LucidLink’s US sales organization across Commercial, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Sales segments, executing the company’s sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and ensuring seamless integration with GTM leadership.
- • You will recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high employee satisfaction, while attracting and developing transformational talent to build a unified vision across the GTM organization.
- • You will track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to the CRO and Sales leadership team, leveraging data-driven insights to identify new growth opportunities, empower the GTM team to win them, and keep leadership and the Board apprised of progress toward ambitious revenue milestones.
- • You will represent LucidLink at key industry events, conferences, and strategic customer engagements, developing lasting executive-level relationships that position LucidLink as a strategic partner in the Media & Entertainment and data-intensive sectors.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven sales leadership experience with demonstrated success managing Enterprise and Strategic sales teams in high-growth technology or SaaS companies
- • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales organizations, particularly with deep experience selling into large enterprise customers and establishing executive-level relationships
- • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability, excellent leadership and coaching skills, and a data-driven, analytical approach to sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management
