📋 Description

• As Vice President of Outcomes, Quality and Performance at New Story Inc., you will serve as a key enterprise leader responsible for defining how the organization measures success, demonstrates impact, and drives continuous improvement across its national network of schools and programs.
• You will lead the development and evolution of New Story's enterprise outcomes framework, establish data governance practices, design dashboards and analytics tools, build enterprise performance management systems, and serve as business owner for key data and reporting platforms while partnering with leaders across education, behavioral health, operations, technology, and executive leadership.
• New Story is an organization dedicated to delivering individualized education and therapeutic support that transforms lives for children with complex needs, guided by values of integrity, accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and supportiveness.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape organizational impact measurement, strengthen performance across the enterprise, translate data into actionable insights, and help define the future of outcomes measurement and accountability as a member of the executive leadership team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of leadership experience in outcomes measurement, analytics, research, accountability, quality improvement, data systems, or related fields
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing performance measurement, reporting, or continuous improvement systems that drive organizational results
• Strong expertise in data governance, analytics, performance management, quality systems, and strategic planning
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data, technology, operations, and organizational stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, decision-making, and organizational improvement
