  • • As the Vice President (VP) of Product Management at Tebra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare technology by leading the company’s product strategy and development.   • • A core aspect of your role will involve deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing. This synergy is crucial for ensuring cohesive product planning, efficient and timely delivery of features and products, and ultimately, a successful go-to-market strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • • You will spearhead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis initiatives. By identifying emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and critical customer pain points within the healthcare sector, you will directly inform the product vision and strategic prioritization, ensuring Tebra remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
  • • The VP of Product Management will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, encompassing rigorous requirements gathering, strategic prioritization of features and initiatives, and continuous product iteration based on market feedback and performance data.
  • • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously measure product success will be paramount. You will drive data-driven decision-making processes across the product organization and provide clear, concise reporting on product performance to senior leadership and all key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • • Ensuring that all product offerings strictly adhere to regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, and comply with all relevant industry standards is non-negotiable. Maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and reliability will be a continuous focus, safeguarding both Tebra and its users.
  • • Cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with customers and strategic partners will be essential. Leveraging their feedback and insights will be critical for refining existing products and strengthening Tebra's overall product portfolio, ensuring market relevance and customer satisfaction.
  • • A significant part of your mandate will be to mentor and develop a high-performing product management team. You will foster a culture that champions collaboration, encourages innovative thinking, and instills a strong sense of accountability, empowering team members to achieve their full potential and contribute significantly to Tebra's success.
  • • This role requires a strategic thinker capable of translating complex healthcare challenges into actionable product roadmaps and executing them effectively.
