  • • Sell a portfolio of products and services tailored to specific market segments, channels, or geographic areas with the goal of driving sales growth.
  • • Identify and anticipate market segment needs to inform the development of new product bundles and offerings.
  • • Apply theoretical knowledge of sales discipline concepts with demonstrated expertise in financial products, services, and market dynamics.
  • • Carry and be financially accountable for a sales quota, with performance measured and rewarded based on achievement of target goals.
  • • Manage complex or high-profile territories and accounts, navigating intricate sales and account management processes.
  • • Be recognized as an expert in one or more areas of sales, financial services, or client solutions within the industry.
  • • Exercise broad authority to set and negotiate product/service terms independently.
  • • Plan and execute territory or account strategies while managing own resources and potentially influencing others’ resource allocation.
  • • Possess a minimum of eight years of related sales experience in financial services or a closely aligned field.
  • • Articulate value propositions skillfully to align solutions with client needs and deepen customer understanding.
  • • Lead others in solving complex business problems using sophisticated analytical thinking and innovative judgment.
  • • Influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, to adopt product/service terms or shift perspectives.
  • • Provide coaching and developmental input to colleagues, shaping team approaches without direct managerial oversight.
  • • Work within functional policies to impact customer, project, or service objectives.
  • • Maintain deep understanding of sales-related business, financials, products, services, and client challenges.
  • • Operate at a level where career progression may stabilize for many years or until retirement.
