  • • Lead the strategic vision and governance of DailyPay’s Professional Services and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure operational excellence and scalable growth across enterprise and SME client segments.
  • • Architect and mature a predictable, outcome-driven implementation organization that reduces operational risk and ensures long-term stability of technical integrations with payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • • Optimize the end-to-end implementation lifecycle to accelerate time-to-revenue by refining processes, enhancing tooling, and eliminating friction points across Strategic, Enterprise, and SME account onboarding.
  • • Serve as the primary executive advisor to the C-suite on systemic organizational challenges impacting implementation delivery and client success outcomes.
  • • Represent DailyPay in high-stakes client stakeholder meetings as the principal advocate for Professional Services, building trust and alignment with enterprise clients during critical integration phases.
  • • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Trust & Safety teams to position Professional Services as a trusted partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sale to post-go-live support.
  • • Influence the product roadmap by translating client and implementation team feedback into actionable requirements that simplify technical integrations, reduce onboarding complexity, and improve system reliability.
  • • Establish, govern, and report on KPIs and performance metrics that enable data-driven executive decision-making and accountability across all implementation functions.
  • • Build and develop a senior leadership pipeline within a 40+ member professional services team, fostering depth, consistency, and standardized delivery frameworks to support rapid scaling.
  • • Champion operational risk reduction by implementing controls and protocols that ensure “healthier” integrations in steady-state, minimizing post-deployment disruptions and financial loss.
  • • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify systemic technical challenges in payroll system transitions and advocate for scalable, sustainable solutions that reduce long-term support burden.
  • • Embed a culture of intellectual honesty and curiosity across the team, encouraging challenging of norms, transparent feedback, and bold innovation in delivery methodology.
  • • Promote an inclusive, high-trust environment where diverse perspectives are leveraged to improve client outcomes, team performance, and organizational resilience.
  • • Oversee the development and maintenance of standardized implementation frameworks that are repeatable, measurable, and adaptable to varying client environments and regulatory requirements.
  • • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities by maintaining clear communication channels with client success and support teams to reduce churn and increase retention.
  • • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex implementation issues that impact revenue, client satisfaction, or compliance, providing leadership resolution and process improvements.
