📋 Description
- • As the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Brightline Interactive Inc., you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of shaping and executing the overarching strategic direction for our entire revenue cycle. This senior executive position, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), demands a visionary leader capable of developing and implementing multi-year strategies that not only maximize net revenue and accelerate cash flow but also ensure our operations remain compliant, scalable, and efficient.
- • Your leadership will extend to managing and nurturing a high-performing team of Directors, overseeing critical functions such as Payor Enrollment, Licensing & Credentialing, Medical Billing, Coding, Accounts Receivable, Denials Management, and Revenue Integrity. You will be instrumental in setting clear direction, fostering accountability for tangible outcomes, and cultivating an organizational culture that thrives on excellence and continuous improvement.
- • In the realm of Revenue Cycle Operations, you will provide executive oversight for all facets of the revenue cycle. This includes spearheading initiatives in charge capture, coding accuracy, billing processes, claims submission, accounts receivable management, and collections. A key focus will be on driving the adoption of automation and advanced technology, coupled with a relentless pursuit of performance enhancement, measured against key performance indicators (KPIs) like net collection rate, Days in Accounts Receivable (DAR), clean claim rate, and denial rate.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and leading comprehensive change management and risk mitigation strategies. This proactive approach will prepare the organization for evolving regulatory landscapes, shifts in payor policies, seamless technology transitions, and the complexities of organizational growth or restructuring, ensuring resilience and adaptability.
- • You will hold ultimate executive accountability for the Payor Enrollment and Provider Credentialing functions. This entails ensuring that all providers are enrolled and credentialed with utmost accuracy, compliance, and within critical timelines that safeguard the organization's ability to bill and collect revenue effectively. Strategic planning for new market expansions and acquisitions will be a crucial part of this responsibility.
- • Furthermore, you will set the strategic vision for Denials Management and Revenue Integrity. This involves championing a proactive, data-driven methodology for identifying root causes of denials and implementing systemic solutions, working in close collaboration with our Compliance and Legal departments to uphold the highest standards.
- • As a key external representative, you will engage with payor executives, participate in industry forums, and lead high-stakes contract negotiations. You will serve as the primary senior revenue cycle voice and executive-level relationship holder, advocating for Brightline's interests and fostering strong external partnerships.
- • Your leadership in Technology & Analytics will be crucial. You will guide the revenue cycle technology strategy, championing investments in essential systems such as practice management systems, advanced coding tools, robust credentialing platforms, AI-assisted solutions, and sophisticated analytics capabilities. These investments will be critical for providing real-time executive visibility into revenue cycle performance and enabling data-informed decision-making.
- • This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in healthcare revenue cycle leadership, capable of driving significant financial and operational improvements within a dynamic and growing organization.
