- • Build and scale SEON’s global Revenue Operations function with revenue predictability as the primary objective, overseeing marketing, sales, partner, and customer success operations teams across multiple time zones.
- • Optimize and lead the implementation of HubSpot as the core marketing automation platform to enhance campaign execution, lead nurturing, and lifecycle management for a global B2B SaaS product.
- • Partner directly with Marketing and Sales leadership to enable data-driven campaign performance analysis, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
- • Drive continuous improvement in demand generation metrics, including lead conversion rates, funnel velocity, and pipeline growth through systematic process refinement and technology alignment.
- • Establish and maintain consistent, reliable forecasting models and revenue analytics to support executive decision-making and financial planning across the organization.
- • Collaborate with the Account Management Organization (AMO) and customer success teams to streamline renewal processes, improve retention rates, and ensure seamless handoffs from sales to post-sale operations.
- • Interface cross-functionally with Finance, Billing, and Legal teams to align revenue operations with compliance, billing accuracy, and contractual obligations, ensuring smooth end-to-end revenue execution.
- • Design and lead the development of a high-performing global RevOps team, hiring, mentoring, and managing operations specialists across marketing operations, sales operations, partner operations, and customer success operations.
- • Implement standardized KPIs and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of revenue processes, ensuring transparency and accountability across all regional teams.
- • Lead the integration of customer data from 900+ real-time, first-party signals into revenue workflows to enhance targeting, segmentation, and predictive lead scoring capabilities.
- • Ensure alignment between revenue operations strategy and SEON’s product-led growth model, supporting expansion in consumption-based SaaS revenue streams.
- • Conduct quarterly in-person visits to SEON’s Austin office and participate in international travel (10-20% annually) to align with global teams in London and Budapest.
- • Maintain compliance with global data protection regulations and ensure all revenue operations processes adhere to applicable legal and privacy standards.
- • Advocate for operational efficiency and technology scalability to support SEON’s rapid growth and expansion into new international markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years managing Revenue Operations teams with Director+ or VP-level leadership experience
- • Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketing Operations including digital campaign execution, lifecycle management, and attribution
- • Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- • Strong background in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments, particularly consumption-based SaaS
- • Experience scaling revenue operations at a post-Series C startup or managing a global RevOps team at a large enterprise
- • Willingness to work U.S. East Coast hours to align with international teams in London and Budapest
