- • The Vice President of Transportation at Modivcare leads nationwide efforts to create and maintain efficient, accountable, and sustainable transportation service delivery models across all modes of member transportation services, playing a critical role in ensuring reliable access to healthcare and essential services for vulnerable populations.
- • Day to day, the role involves driving strategic initiatives, providing leadership and mentorship to senior teams, owning the transportation roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data and systems for analytics, conducting in-depth analysis to identify improvement opportunities, developing and communicating KPI strategies, presenting insights to leadership, preparing and managing budgets, and leading change management to improve operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- • Fifteen (15) plus years of experience within transportation and/or medical transportation
- • Ten (10) plus years of leadership experience managing teams
- • Proven expertise in impact analysis and linking data to strategic outcomes
- • Strong analytical skills with business and commercial acumen
- • Experience with statistical analysis software
- • Deep knowledge of transportation provider costs, pricing strategies, and budget management
- • Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, reporting, and time management skills
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- • Strong project management experience
