- • Concept, shoot, edit, and produce video content end-to-end for paid social (Meta, TikTok), organic, brand campaigns, and customer lifecycle channels.
- • Produce brand films, product videos, founder content, and UGC-style video that aligns with the Zable rebrand and consumer fintech positioning.
- • Manage on-set production including location scouting, talent briefing, scheduling, and kit coordination for both in-office and on-location shoots.
- • Direct talent and collaborate with crew to execute creative vision while troubleshooting technical or logistical challenges on set.
- • Use AI video and audio tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Topaz) to accelerate production, reduce costs, and expand creative output.
- • Build and maintain in-house video templates, asset libraries, and production workflows to ensure scalability and consistency across channels.
- • Translate campaign ideas into multiple scalable video variations to support A/B testing and performance optimization based on platform data.
- • Monitor and adapt to platform-native trends on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels to ensure content remains highly engaging and algorithmically optimized.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative, designers, growth, lifecycle, content, and comms teams to align video strategy with broader marketing goals.
- • Partner with external freelancers and production agencies to scale output during peak periods or for specialized shoots.
- • Contribute creative ideas to the overall video direction, experimenting with new formats, styles, and storytelling techniques rooted in creator culture.
- • Maintain a high-volume production pipeline while prioritizing speed, iteration, and performance over perfection—shipping content rapidly and learning from results.
- • Ensure all video assets are properly exported, formatted, and optimized for each platform’s technical requirements and delivery specs.
- • Contribute to the foundational setup of Lendable’s in-house video production function, establishing processes from scratch in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- • Stay current with emerging tools in AI-driven video creation, motion graphics, and audio enhancement to maintain a competitive edge in production efficiency.
- • Work within regulated industry constraints while maintaining creative freedom and brand integrity in compliance with fintech advertising standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of video production experience for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house creative team
- • End-to-end skills in concepting, shooting, directing talent, editing, motion design, and exporting video
- • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects, with experience using modern AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs, Topaz)
- • Demonstrable reel showing range across paid social, brand, UGC-style, and longer-form video content
- • Strong intuition for platform-specific video performance on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels
- • Comfortable directing on-set productions, briefing crew, and managing talent and equipment
