- • Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, develop, and execute YouTube-specific video formats that are deeply aligned with the brand's core voice, mission, and the interests of its audience. This involves a comprehensive understanding of what makes content successful on YouTube, from initial ideation to final publication. You will be tasked with translating complex beauty education, transformative makeovers, and authentic creator stories into narratives that are not only informative but also emotionally engaging and shareable.
- • You will own the entire YouTube production cycle, demonstrating a proactive and independent approach to content creation. Together, you will analyze YouTube performance data, including metrics related to reach, audience retention, and engagement, to derive actionable insights. These insights will be used to continuously optimize existing content strategies and inform the development of future video formats, ensuring sustained growth and impact for the brand's channel.
