🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in video and livestream production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content at scale.
- • Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, or managing creative or production teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- • Solid technical proficiency with a wide range of production equipment, cameras, lighting, audio gear, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
