• As Havoc AI's dedicated Videographer/Photographer, you will be the architect of our visual narrative, responsible for crafting compelling imagery and video content that showcases our cutting-edge technology, our talented team, and our impactful mission. This role transcends traditional content creation; it is a brand-defining opportunity where you will significantly shape how the world perceives Havoc AI and its groundbreaking work in artificial intelligence and robotics.
• Your responsibilities will span the entire visual production lifecycle. In video production, you will meticulously plan, shoot, and edit a diverse range of high-quality video content. This includes dynamic product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of our AI systems, inspiring brand films that communicate our vision and values, engaging recruiting content designed to attract top talent, and comprehensive coverage of company events and field tests. You will be instrumental in capturing essential footage of our AI systems, advanced robotics platforms, real-world field deployments, and the intricate internal operations that drive our innovation.
• A key aspect of this role involves producing engaging short-form content tailored for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and others, ensuring our message reaches a broad and relevant audience. You will take ownership of all production elements, including expert lighting, clear audio capture, precise framing, and thoughtful production design, particularly for interviews and on-site shoots. A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams, effectively translating complex technical capabilities and abstract AI concepts into visually understandable and compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• On the photography front, you will be responsible for capturing professional-grade images that document our products, showcase our technology in action during field deployments, highlight the collaborative spirit of our team members, and reflect the vibrant office culture at Havoc AI. You will be tasked with building and meticulously maintaining a comprehensive, branded visual library that serves as a consistent and high-quality resource for all company communications. The assets you deliver will be optimized for a variety of applications, including web content, press releases, social media campaigns, investor presentations, and recruitment materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand image across all touchpoints.
• Beyond shooting, your role extends into post-production and creative direction. You will expertly edit video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Your skills in color grading, sound design, and potentially motion graphics (with Adobe After Effects being a significant plus) will elevate the final output. You will be expected to develop innovative visual concepts that are deeply aligned with Havoc AI's brand identity and strategic objectives. Maintaining a consistent aesthetic across all visual outputs, strictly adhering to brand guidelines, will be paramount to ensuring a unified and recognizable brand presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) and essential lighting and audio setup techniques.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Lightroom/Photoshop, with a strong preference for After Effects experience.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and self-management skills.
