• • As a VIP Account Manager at Arb Interactive LLC, you will provide exceptional support to VIP players of Modo Casino, a leading Social+ platform, ensuring their needs are met across all communication channels to build long-term loyalty and enhance player experience.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships, providing support via phone, email, and text to resolve player concerns, supporting and driving ongoing promotions and initiatives, developing in-depth knowledge of Modo.us products and promotional offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to align VIP strategies with company goals.
