📋 Description

• As a VIP Account Manager at Beach Bum, you will play a critical role in nurturing relationships with high-value players to drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty across our popular mobile games, directly contributing to the success of our gaming portfolio under Voodoo SAS.
• Day to day, you will manage VIP player relationships by monitoring KPI trends, initiating personalized communication via multiple channels, resolving player queries and complaints, and collaborating with analytics, CRM, and product teams to design and execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
• You will join a dynamic and innovative team at Beach Bum, a gaming studio founded in 2015 by industry veterans and acquired by Voodoo in 2021, known for reimagining classic games for casual online audiences and reaching millions of players globally.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in VIP player management, data-informed engagement strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and community building on social platforms like Facebook and Instagram, while growing your impact in a fast-growing, player-centric gaming environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus)
• Analytical and operational skills
• Previous experience within an account management role or similar - advantage
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
• PROACTIVE & “CAN DO” ATTITUDE
• Full time position with willingness to be available on weekends when necessary
