- • Forge and cultivate relationships with DraftKings' most engaged players as a VIP Host, executing the day-to-day strategy of the industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand player needs and foster long-term loyalty.
- • Create new business revenue by developing strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships through local events, regular communications, and tailored outreach.
- • Manage all aspects of player relationships, including escalation responses, proactive delivery of new game offerings, promotions, and platform updates based on market understanding.
- • Compile and analyze player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities for enhancing the VIP experience.
- • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies, ensuring compliance and ethical engagement.
- • Join a publicly traded technology company (NASDAQ: DKNG) headquartered in Boston that is shaping the future of gaming through AI-driven innovation and customer-centric experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- • Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions based on data and trends.
- • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as required.
- • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
