- • As a VIP Host at DraftKings, you will oversee and cultivate relationships with the company's most highly engaged players, playing a key role in delivering a world-class player experience that drives brand advocacy and long-term loyalty.
- • Day to day, you will create new business revenue by building authentic player relationships, manage all aspects of player engagement through local events and regular communications, lead reactivation efforts, compile player feedback for platform improvements, and execute VIP policies including responsible gaming guidelines.
- • You will join a forward-thinking, publicly traded technology company (NASDAQ: DKNG) headquartered in Boston that is actively integrating AI to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and innovate across its gaming platform.
- • In this role, you can develop expertise in VIP account management, gain deep insights into player behavior and market trends, and contribute directly to revenue growth and customer retention strategies within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
- • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- • Analytical mindset to make quick, confident decisions based on data and trends.
- • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
