  • • This VIP Manager role presents a unique opportunity to significantly contribute to OKX's expansion in high-value markets. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing long-term relationships with influential clients, playing a pivotal role in shaping our VIP strategy and broadening OKX's presence within the local Vietnamese market.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to expertly manage relationships with VIP clients within the designated local market. This involves proactive engagement and a deep understanding of their needs and trading behaviors.
  • • You will be tasked with cultivating and strengthening connections with our existing VIP clientele through consistent, personalized communication and dedicated rapport-building efforts, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves developing and implementing robust customer service processes and systems. This includes establishing clear management rules and diligently monitoring the status and engagement levels of key customers to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • • Through insightful analysis of client behavior, you will identify unspoken needs and anticipate future requirements. You will prepare comprehensive key customer analysis reports to inform strategic decisions and service enhancements.
  • • Collaboration is crucial. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and departments to ensure the seamless delivery of optimal service solutions and exceptional client experiences, acting as a bridge between client needs and internal capabilities.
  • • You will be a driving force in acquiring new high-value clients, leveraging OKX's compelling product offerings, targeted offline marketing activities, engaging events, and strategic campaigns to attract and convert potential VIPs.
  • • Partnering with our marketing teams, you will contribute to enhancing brand awareness and driving lead generation and conversion rates specifically within our VIP segments, ensuring our premium offerings resonate with the target audience.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data is essential for informed decision-making. You will meticulously manage client information, providing weekly updates and contributing to ongoing performance analysis.
  • • This role demands a proactive, client-centric approach, with a strong emphasis on building trust and delivering exceptional value to our most important customers. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact on OKX's growth and reputation in Vietnam.
