Within this dynamic team, the Private Client Relationship Management group focuses on supporting Kraken's highest-value private clients – High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) who demand a premium, secure, and exceptionally tailored experience.
- • As a VIP Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring Kraken remains the exchange of choice for these elite clients. This involves delivering unparalleled white-glove relationship management, providing personalized trading enablement, and offering high-impact benefits designed to exceed expectations.
- • Your primary objective will be to drive significant business growth by meticulously managing and strategically expanding an existing network of high-net-worth clients. You will cultivate deep, trusted relationships with some of the most influential figures in the crypto space, guiding them to unlock the full spectrum of Kraken's sophisticated product suite and proactively identifying new avenues for engagement and value creation.
- • You will also play a pivotal role in scaling and executing what is recognized as the best VIP program in the industry. This means ensuring our clients not only receive a best-in-class experience but one that consistently goes above and beyond, setting new benchmarks for service and support.
- • Ultimately, this role offers substantial ownership and influence in defining and refining what a truly "white glove" experience entails for Kraken's HNWI clientele. We are seeking an individual who is bold, innovative, and comfortable building and scaling initiatives from the ground up. - • Deliver consistent, high-quality, and personalized service to HNWIs globally, fostering and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional account management.
- • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue generation, trading volume, and assets under management on the platform through rigorous, data-driven analysis and proactive, strategic execution.
- • Actively participate in bringing Kraken's private client and VIP offerings to market, ensuring that the benefits provided remain impactful, competitive, and aligned with client needs.
- • Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for Kraken's most significant private clients, building profound relationships based on trust, reliability, and deep understanding of their financial goals.
- • Execute and manage bespoke programs and strategic initiatives designed to increase client activity, trading engagement, and overall assets on the platform.
- • Leverage advanced blockchain analytics, trading data, and in-depth client insights to inform revenue-generating strategies and critical strategic decision-making processes.
- • Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and client service teams to champion and implement new initiatives that directly drive private client growth, retention, and loyalty.
- • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Kraken's diverse range of products and services to existing VIP clients.
- • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings within the cryptocurrency and private wealth management sectors to provide informed guidance to clients and the internal team.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the VIP program by gathering client feedback and translating it into actionable insights and recommendations.
- • Represent Kraken at exclusive industry events and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and fostering valuable connections.
- • Maintain the highest standards of security and confidentiality in all client interactions and data handling.
- • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports on market insights, product updates, and client performance.
- • Foster a collaborative and proactive approach within the team, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment.
