  • • **The Opportunity:**
  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive VIP Relationship Manager (VIP RM) to join our dynamic Eastern EU team. This role is pivotal in expanding our VIP client base across the broader Eastern European Union, with a significant emphasis on the Polish market. You will focus on cultivating relationships with active traders, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, proprietary trading desks, and smaller corporate clients. Your efforts will drive growth through strategic partnerships and key client development, complementing the work of our institutional team which targets larger professional, enterprise, and institutional clients.
  • • **Your Primary Mission:**
  • • Your core objective will be to significantly increase trading volume and maximize Assets Under Management (AUM) within the region by successfully onboarding and retaining our most valuable VIP clients.
  • • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • • **Revenue and Product Strategy:** Develop and implement a robust revenue strategy and optimization plan, leveraging OKX's comprehensive European product offerings. You will act as a crucial liaison between our VIP clients and the product team, gathering invaluable feedback, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and contributing to the evolution of our product features to better serve our VIP segment.
  • • **Strategic Leadership and Partnerships:** Collaborate closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overarching strategic direction of OKX in the region. You will spearhead partnership initiatives across Europe, identifying synergistic partners and leading negotiations to broaden our market reach and unlock new revenue streams.
  • • **Client Management and Growth:** Cultivate and manage deep, lasting relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and other key VIP clients in Europe. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive account management, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. You will be instrumental in generating referrals and originating new prospective clients, while also working collaboratively with operations to swiftly address and resolve any potential client roadblocks.
  • • **Compliance and Brand Advocacy:** Ensure meticulous adherence to all legal and compliance requirements, including relevant regulations, robust KYC/AML processes, and reporting standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity. You will serve as a key brand ambassador, educating clients on the full spectrum of OKX's value proposition, from advanced trading tools to innovative yield products. Simultaneously, you will channel client feedback to the relevant teams to continuously improve platform compliance and the overall user experience.
  • • **Market Expansion and Penetration:** Proactively identify and engage with potential VIP clients in Poland and the wider CEE region, understanding their unique trading needs and financial objectives. Develop tailored strategies to onboard these clients onto the OKX platform, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.
  • • **Performance Monitoring and Reporting:** Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading volume, AUM, client acquisition, and retention. Provide regular, insightful reports to senior management on regional performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work effectively with sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for VIP clients and to drive the achievement of business objectives.
  • • **Market Intelligence:** Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the cryptocurrency and financial services landscape in Poland and CEE, providing actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • • **Event Management and Networking:** Represent OKX at industry events, conferences, and exclusive client gatherings, building brand visibility and fostering valuable connections within the VIP community.
  • • **Problem Resolution:** Act as a primary point of contact for VIP clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
