- • Develop and expand relationships with high-value clients, including professional traders and family offices, through in-person visits, industry events, community engagement, and referrals.
- • Identify and profile high-potential clients quickly, maintaining a structured lead pipeline and consistent follow-up rhythm to drive conversion.
- • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by conducting regular reviews to understand trading needs, capital scale, and product preferences.
- • Own and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned clients, including asset under management, trading volume, and revenue contribution, meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- • Provide expert consultation on leading trading platform products such as spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth management, and structured products, offering comparative analysis and tailored recommendations.
- • Gather client feedback and pain points, then collaborate with internal product and operations teams to design and deliver customized solutions for key clients.
- • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging product formats to stay ahead of market developments and translate insights into actionable client advice.
- • Regularly share frontline market intelligence and client feedback to inform internal product iteration and strategic decision-making.
- • Operate with a strong KPI-driven mindset, using data to measure performance, track progress, and optimize client engagement strategies.
- • Maintain high levels of self-motivation and resilience to thrive in an uncertain, fast-paced environment with frequent travel and high-pressure targets.
- • Communicate fluently and professionally in both Chinese and English across all modes: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- • Possess foundational knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return dynamics, with the ability to apply this understanding to client advisory and transactional support.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry, with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi products.
- • Able to quickly identify and qualify target clients, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service, or account operations is preferred.
- • Clear KPI & result orientation, and comfort using data to measure and manage performance.
- • Comfortable with a high-intensity work pace and frequent travel / client visits.
- • Able to work in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields are preferred.
