- • The Virtual Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in operating the sales gallery, ensuring efficient sales team scheduling, performance monitoring, and customer experience management for Hilton Grand Vacations in Nevada or Arizona.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with sales executive scheduling, reviewing and disseminating weekly reports, providing coaching and training on sales techniques, resolving team conflicts, monitoring guest experience, and supporting new business generation through marketing collaboration and customer base development.
- • The role operates within a timeshare/vacation ownership sales environment, reporting to the Sales Manager and working primarily with a PST time zone team, requiring availability during specific shifts including evenings and weekends.
- • The person in this role can develop leadership and sales management skills, gain experience in performance coaching and team development, deepen expertise in vacation ownership sales processes, and contribute to a culture of excellence while preparing for potential advancement into a Sales Manager position.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED; minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- • Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License (required by law in NV or AZ)
- • Proficiency in English (additional language may be required for certain positions)
- • Availability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:30AM–6:30PM PST and Wednesday 1:30PM–9:30PM PST
- • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and be reachable during off-hours as needed
