📋 Description

  • Provide comprehensive virtual assistance focused on social media management, email correspondence, and appointment scheduling for clients across multiple industries.
  • Manage daily social media content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posting.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms, with attention to analytics and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain client email inboxes, drafting, editing, and sending professional responses to inquiries, requests, and follow-ups.
  • Prioritize and filter incoming emails, flagging urgent matters and categorizing correspondence for efficient client review.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls using Google Calendar, Calendly, or other scheduling tools, ensuring alignment with client time zones and availability.
  • Confirm appointment details with participants, send automated reminders, and update calendars in real time to avoid double bookings or conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduled engagements and communication logs for client reference and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication preferences to ensure alignment in all interactions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, last-minute schedule adjustments, and evolving client needs without compromising quality or timeliness.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive client information, including personal contact details and private communications.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries for clients, including social media engagement rates, email response times, and scheduling accuracy.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance client satisfaction through process optimization.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members via email, messaging apps, and virtual meetings.
  • Stay updated on best practices in social media trends, email etiquette, and virtual assistant tools to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Support clients with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, document formatting, or research requests.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all client-related documents, communications, and scheduling records.
  • Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while managing multiple clients simultaneously without degradation in service quality.
