- • The Virtual Event Producer role is essential for delivering seamless, high-quality virtual events that support Momentive’s mission to empower purpose-driven organizations through technology. This part-time position ensures clients’ visions are realized from preparation to post-event delivery, directly impacting client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- • Day to day, the producer will collaborate with the Virtual Events team to manage pre-event planning, facilitate live events, troubleshoot technical issues, read scripts on camera, ensure professional audio and video quality, create archive recordings for client use, maintain SOPs and quality records, and build strong client relationships through clear communication and timeline adherence.

- • In this role, the producer will deepen expertise in virtual event production, gain hands-on experience with Zoom, Adobe Connect, and Adobe Premiere Pro, strengthen cross-time-zone collaboration skills, and develop problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, live environments — all while contributing to impactful events that support social good.
🎯 Requirements
- • Flexible schedule with availability for monthly events in European time zones, including some overnights
- • Experience facilitating virtual events, with preference for Zoom and Adobe Connect
- • Experience with A/V production tools and techniques, including editing; Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
- • Highly technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly and independently
- • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Fierce attention to detail and accuracy
- • Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures
