  • • The Virtual Financial Consulting Director supervises professional-level Financial Consultants who provide financial planning advice to in-plan participants, new entrants, prospects, beneficiaries, and their legal and financial representatives across the organization’s full range of products and services.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring consultant responses to participant inquiries on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities, and investment options; educating and facilitating new product purchases such as retail mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529 and 403(b) plans, bank products, and life insurance; guiding employees in handling complex or escalated client interactions; ensuring team members maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax and investment strategies; collaborating with cross-business partners to develop and implement client-focused services; and maintaining strong relationships with Institutional Plan Sponsors.
