📋 Description

• As a Virtual MSK Physiotherapist at Bupa Insurance Limited, you will deliver remote musculoskeletal triage and support services to Bupa members, occupational health clients, and corporate customers, enabling self-management and facilitating timely referrals when needed.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telephone and video assessments, providing diagnoses, prescribing self-management techniques, monitoring complex and red-flag cases, escalating to the Clinical Lead when appropriate, and managing customer pathways to ensure optimal clinical outcomes at the best cost.
• You will join Bupa’s Clinical Services team in a remote role with occasional attendance at Bupa Place, Salford Quays, contributing to a purpose-driven organisation focused on helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives without shareholder pressure.
• In this role, you will develop advanced clinical autonomy, refine your MSK triage expertise, and build experience in remote healthcare delivery while working within a supportive, diverse, and inclusive environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years UK post-qualification experience as a physiotherapist
• Strong experience equivalent to Band 6 or 7 in an MSK setting with a history of 1-1 clinical delivery
• Diploma or Degree in physiotherapy and current accreditation with HCPC/CSP
• Ability to evaluate, plan, and prioritise workload under demanding timescales
• Excellent application of clinical knowledge with rapid and decisive decision-making
• Up-to-date clinical practice and ability to maintain clinical competence
