  • • Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of virtual programs including webinars, virtual events, workshops, and executive sessions to support Demand Gen and AI Transformation (DG/AIT) pipeline goals.
  • • Manage all logistics for virtual programs from kickoff through wrap-up, including scheduling, registration setup, speaker coordination, run-of-show management, and cross-functional follow-through, making independent judgment calls on priorities and tradeoffs.
  • • Build and maintain core program assets such as briefs, project plans, agendas, speaker prep documents, and presentation decks, identifying when templates need evolution to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • • Partner with Demand Gen, AI Transformation, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Social, and operations teams to align deliverables with campaign objectives and proactively resolve blockers across functions.
  • • Ensure production readiness for each event by managing dry runs, platform setup, tech checks, and day-of troubleshooting, while recommending platform or process improvements based on observed patterns.
  • • Own audience operations for virtual programs, including registration tracking, attendee communications, routing, and post-event follow-up workflows, flagging gaps in the attendee experience and proposing targeted fixes.
  • • Track program milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives, surface risks early with recommended mitigations, and maintain visibility into timelines and dependencies to keep programs on track.
  • • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution, using data to recommend changes to program format, cadence, targeting, or follow-up strategy.
  • • Develop repeatable workflows, playbooks, templates, and documentation that enable teammates to independently execute virtual programs, reducing manual overhead and scaling operational capacity.
  • • Lead post-event retrospectives, synthesize learnings across multiple programs, and deliver data-backed recommendations to improve the overall DG/AIT virtual events engine.
  • • Contribute to program strategy by bringing insights from event performance data on audience behavior, format effectiveness, and optimal cadence to inform future planning.
  • • Maintain familiarity with event platforms, CRM/marketing tools, project trackers, and reporting systems, and actively propose improvements to tooling and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • • Demonstrate a builder’s mindset by not just executing established processes but improving them through systems, automation, and documentation that increase team leverage.
  • • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams in a remote environment and communicate proactively with speakers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • • Exhibit strong problem-solving instincts by navigating complex, multi-stakeholder challenges with clear communication of progress, blockers, and solutions.
  • • Stay curious about AI tools and workflows; experiment with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and/or Codex to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
  • • Ensure all virtual programs launch on time with high operational quality, speakers and stakeholders are well-prepared and supported, and post-event follow-up workflows are consistent and reliable.
  • • Continuously improve program reporting, documentation, and process quality as the virtual events engine scales to support growing demand and strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, program management, campaign operations, or a related B2B role with demonstrated ownership of a workstream
  • • Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, including making judgment calls on priorities and tradeoffs
  • • Experience running webinars, virtual events, or digital programs and using performance data to recommend improvements
  • • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, details, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams while keeping broader team goals in focus
  • • Clear written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams in a remote environment
  • • Comfort working inside event platforms, CRM/marketing tools, project trackers, and reporting systems, with opinions on how to improve tooling and workflows
