- • As a Virtual/Remote Engagement Pediatric Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Amplity, you will drive sales growth and promote pharmaceutical products through virtual and remote engagement strategies within an assigned territory, playing a key role in connecting breakthrough treatments with healthcare professionals who need them.
- • Day to day, you will promote and sell pharmaceutical products via video calls, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms; foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals including pediatric specialists; deliver value-based sales presentations; develop and execute territory business plans using sales data; monitor competitor activities and market trends; collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams; prioritize tasks to maximize productivity; and ensure full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
- • Pharmaceutical sales experience required, 2+ years or more desired
- • Proven record of accomplishment of consistent success in sales performance
- • Skilled in leveraging strategies to outperform competitors in highly competitive markets
- • Effective communicator with a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach
- • Demonstrated ability to foster long-term relationships with HCPs through virtual engagement
- • Motivated self-starter who operates with high integrity and exhibits resilience
- • Experienced in efficiently prioritizing tasks and schedules to maximize productivity in a remote/virtual environment
- • Demonstrated commitment to compliance and adherence to ethical standards
- • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, CRMs, and digital meeting platforms
- • Willingness to work in all US time zones as needed
- • Must successfully pass all Amplity and client training
