📋 Description
- • As a Virtual Sales Representative for Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective and current owners with exceptional vacation experiences, directly supporting the company’s mission to put the world on vacation through personalized, consultative sales interactions.
- • You will conduct engaging, value-driven presentations via Zoom to prequalified leads, building rapport and articulating the unique benefits of Travel + Leisure’s resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel offerings without the need for cold calling or prospecting.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include guiding customers through the sales process, overcoming objections, utilizing effective closing techniques, and initializing transactions to drive revenue while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
- • You will participate in ongoing advanced sales and career training programs designed to sharpen your skills, increase your earning potential, and prepare you for long-term success in a performance-driven, incentive-based environment.
- • You will join a dynamic, supportive, and inclusive virtual sales team based in Bothell, WA, where collaboration, recognition, and a fun, energetic culture are central to daily operations and team morale.
- • Through this role, you will develop expert-level consultative sales skills, deepen your knowledge of the vacation ownership and travel industry, and gain access to a clear path toward six-figure income potential through a competitive hourly-plus-commission compensation structure.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
- • High school diploma or GED equivalent
- • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- • Ability to overcome objections and thrive in a goal- and performance-based environment
- • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
- • Passion for supporting the company mission to put the world on vacation
