- • The Virtual Systems Engineering (VSE) role at Extreme Networks supports Virtual Account Executives, Virtual Distribution Partner Account Managers, and Virtual Partner Account Managers in driving sales ownership across opportunities, partner engagement, distribution engagement, and customer accounts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include enabling sales teams with technical expertise, supporting solution design and positioning, assisting in partner and customer account management, and contributing to the execution of go-to-market strategies tied to Extreme Platform ONE and recent acquisitions.
- • The VSE team operates within a fast-growing, innovative organization that has expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions and is advancing an industry-changing, all-in-one networking platform with integrated security and AI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in systems engineering, pre-sales technical support, or a related technical sales enablement role within networking, security, or IT infrastructure.
- • Strong understanding of network architectures, including switching, routing, wireless, and security solutions.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, partner, and customer-facing teams to drive technical win strategies.
- • Familiarity with AI-integrated platforms or emerging technologies in enterprise IT is a plus.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
