This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of artificial intelligence by ensuring the quality and authenticity of voice data for AI training. As a remote, freelance contractor based in Spain, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of multilingual AI, working on diverse projects that make the world's information accessible to everyone, regardless of their language.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding voice talents during recording sessions, ensuring that every audio output meets Lilt's rigorous standards for AI data training. Your expertise as a voice coach and language expert will be instrumental in achieving consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, controlled pitch and amplitude, and impeccable diction and articulation. You will act as the "second ears" for the recording process, providing real-time feedback and direction to voice talents to optimize their performance and ensure the data collected is of the highest fidelity.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to attend recording sessions, either in a studio setting or remotely, for the duration of the scheduled hours. This ongoing attendance is crucial for maintaining a cohesive and high-quality recording process. You will be expected to meticulously monitor the voice talents' performances, identifying any deviations from the desired vocal characteristics and providing constructive coaching to correct them. This includes guiding talents on nuances of pronunciation, intonation, emotional delivery, and pacing, all tailored to the specific requirements of AI training data.
- • The coaching structure you implement should be clearly reflected in your proposed quote, demonstrating your understanding of the project's needs and your ability to deliver effective solutions. This requires a strategic approach to coaching, where you can anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure a smooth and productive recording environment. Your ability to adapt your coaching techniques to different voice talents and project requirements will be highly valued.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (Spain dialect) with a deep understanding of its phonetics, prosody, and linguistic nuances.
- • Proven experience as a professional Voice Coach, Vocal Coach, or Speech-Language Pathologist with a strong background in guiding vocal performance and articulation.
- • Proficiency in English at a near-native level or fluency in another second language, enabling effective communication with the Lilt team.
- • Availability for ongoing attendance during scheduled recording hours, acting as a dedicated "second ears" to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to voice talents to maintain stable rhythm, tempo, controlled pitch and amplitude, and correct diction.
