As a Voice Coach, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of voice data used for training artificial intelligence models, specifically focusing on the Welsh language.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and real-time feedback to voice talents during recording sessions. This involves acting as a "second pair of ears" to meticulously monitor and evaluate various aspects of vocal delivery. You will be tasked with ensuring consistent quality across all recordings, maintaining a stable rhythm and tempo that aligns with project requirements, and controlling pitch and amplitude to meet specific technical standards. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in ensuring impeccable diction and articulation, guaranteeing that every word spoken is clear, precise, and accurately represented.
- • This role requires a proactive and engaged presence during all scheduled recording hours. Whether working remotely or in a studio setting, your ongoing attendance is crucial for providing immediate support and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance. 🎯 Requirements
- • Professional Voice Coach or Language Expert with proven experience in vocal coaching and phonetics.
- • Fluency in Welsh (native or near-native level) and English (near-native or native level), or another second language.
- • Ability to attend recording sessions consistently and provide real-time feedback.
- • Excellent ear for detail, with the ability to identify and correct issues related to quality, rhythm, tempo, pitch, amplitude, diction, and articulation.
- • Understanding of AI data training requirements and the importance of high-quality voice data.
- • Ability to structure coaching methodology and reflect it in quotations.
