- • Day-to-day responsibilities include recording clear, consistent Swedish voiceover content in a professional or home studio environment, adhering to strict technical standards for diction, articulation, pace, pitch, and amplitude.
- • You will manage your own recording schedule and workflow remotely, ensuring timely delivery of batches of audio files that meet quality benchmarks for use in machine learning pipelines.
- • Collaboration involves submitting voice samples for vetting, responding to feedback on audio quality, and maintaining consistency across extended recording sessions totaling over 100 studio hours.
- • You will maintain accurate records of your sessions and provide required documentation, including an English-language resume/CV, to support the onboarding and vetting process.
- • The role requires self-direction and discipline to meet volume and quality targets without direct supervision, leveraging your expertise to produce reliable training data.
- • You will engage with Lilt’s streamlined application and payment system (via Tipalti), ensuring a smooth, invoiceless compensation process for your contributions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native fluency in Swedish with flawless diction, articulation, and consistent vocal delivery.
- • Access to a professional or home studio setup capable of meeting technical audio quality standards for AI training data.
- • Ability to record and deliver over 100 studio hours of clear, consistent Swedish voiceover content.
- • Willingness to provide voice samples for vetting and adhere to feedback on audio quality and consistency.
- • Submission of an English-language resume/CV as part of the application process.
