- • As Vice President of AI & Automation at Livefront, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of the company’s AI practice, directly influencing how intelligent products and platforms are designed and delivered for industry-leading clients such as Target, Samsung, General Mills, and Optum. This role is pivotal in establishing Livefront as a market leader in AI-driven transformation, combining technical depth with go-to-market expertise to shape service offerings, internal capabilities, and client outcomes at scale.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of Livefront’s AI & Automation practice, including defining service lines such as AI Strategy & Readiness, Agentic Software Engineering, Enterprise Agents & Workflow Automation, AI Platforms & Context Services Engineering, AI Product Development, and AI Training & Enablement. Your leadership will ensure alignment across internal enablement, platform/IP development, client delivery, and market positioning, while establishing standards for excellence in AI delivery through playbooks, reference architectures, governance, and operational rigor.
- • You will drive internal AI adoption and transformation by removing barriers to usage, scaling training and certification programs, and embedding AI into roles, performance criteria, and career development pathways. This includes ensuring teams have access to best-in-class tools, documentation, and accelerators, and helping evolve all service lines—Digital Strategy & Product, Data & Analytics, Experience Design, Software Engineering—to better leverage AI as a core competency.
- • You will shape market-facing offerings and go-to-market strategy by tracking AI market trends, partnering with leadership to refine positioning and packaging, building strategic alliances with frontier labs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), and cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft), and translating client work into compelling case studies and thought leadership that establish Livefront as an industry authority.
- • You will lead the development of Livefront’s AI platform, IP, and accelerators, including the agentic product development framework and reusable assets like agents, frameworks, and internal tools that enhance delivery efficiency and differentiation. You will also sponsor and lead high-impact client engagements involving complex AI architectures, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, observable, and governed.
- • You will drive AI-led client transformation and revenue growth by overseeing the creation of custom enterprise AI agents, scaling client training and workshops, and driving adoption of agentic engineering in a repeatable, scalable manner—directly contributing to Livefront’s mission of building intelligent products that command attention and inspire joy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven technical depth in modern AI systems, including expertise in AI architecture, data strategy, model/tool selection, evaluation, and operationalization of agentic systems and enterprise-grade AI platforms.
- • Demonstrated success in building and scaling AI practices or service lines within professional services, consulting, or product organizations, including experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing technical teams.
- • Strong go-to-market acumen with ability to translate AI market trends into differentiated service offerings, partner with sales and marketing, and lead thought leadership and client-facing engagements at the executive level.
- • Experience driving internal AI adoption and transformation, including designing training programs, establishing governance frameworks, and embedding AI into organizational workflows and performance standards.
- • Track record of leading complex client engagements involving AI platforms, automation, or intelligent systems, with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and measurable business impact.
