- • The Vice President, Clinical Strategy for Behavioral Health will lead the transformation and development of Humana’s enterprise-wide Behavioral Health strategy and operating model across Medicare and Medicaid, driving improvements in health outcomes, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- • Day to day, the role involves developing and executing a comprehensive behavioral health strategy, establishing and tracking key success metrics, leading a team of behavioral health experts, collaborating across enterprise teams to design and implement initiatives in access, medical cost management, analytics, internal operations, external partnerships, and innovation, and leading opportunity analysis and operating model recommendations.
- • The role operates within Humana Inc., a leading U.S. healthcare company dedicated to improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid populations, with a mission to make it easier for people to achieve their best health through integrated insurance and CenterWell healthcare services.
