- • Lead and oversee the development of new business opportunities and growth initiatives for a national title insurance agency, focusing on expanding market presence and revenue streams.
- • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients including real estate attorneys, lenders, and developers to drive client retention and referral growth.
- • Identify and evaluate potential new markets and products within the title insurance and real estate services sector, then design and execute strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote the company’s commercial and residential title insurance, settlement, escrow, recording, and 1031 exchange services to differentiate from competitors.
- • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business development decisions and solution design.
- • Lead cross-functional teams to launch and execute new business initiatives, ensuring alignment across operations, legal, compliance, and customer service functions.
- • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the executive team on business development priorities, market positioning, and growth targets.
- • Collaborate directly with management to define, refine, and drive the overall business development agenda of the organization.
- • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting approaches based on performance metrics and market feedback.
