- • VP Business Development role focused on driving growth and expanding market presence for TIH Insurance Services, LLC, a leading title agency, by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities in the title insurance and real estate sectors.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, real estate attorneys, lenders, and developers; creating and executing business expansion strategies; identifying new markets and products; leading cross-functional teams; analyzing customer needs and industry trends; developing marketing strategies; and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.
- • The company, Kensington Vanguard National Land Services (part of CRC Group), is one of the largest independent full-service national title insurance agencies in the country, offering commercial and residential title insurance, settlement services, escrow, recording, and 1031 exchange services.
- • In this role, the individual can achieve significant revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, influence company direction, and develop leadership expertise in business development within the title insurance and real estate services industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business development or related field
- • Strong existing relationships and experience in title insurance, real estate, or related industries
- • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
