- • As the VP of Business Development for Payments and Enterprise Partnerships in the APAC region, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Circle's global payments strategy within one of the world's most dynamic economic landscapes.
- • Reporting directly to the Global Payments & Enterprise Partnerships VP, this pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of driving regional growth by adapting and implementing Circle's established payments strategy to the unique regulatory, market, and customer nuances of the Asia Pacific.
- • Your primary accountability will be to own and advance the regional commercial agenda, focusing on originating and successfully closing high-impact partnerships that significantly accelerate the adoption of Circle's stablecoin infrastructure and payment solutions at scale.
- • You will be responsible for defining, delivering, and exceeding regional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), translating overarching global priorities into actionable, market-specific execution plans tailored for the diverse APAC markets.
- • This involves pioneering and scaling innovative new growth strategies, expanding the scope and operational effectiveness of strategic partnerships beyond their initial launch phases, and ensuring sustained, high-level partner performance over the long term.
- • You will lead and cultivate high-performing, integrated regional teams, comprising both Business Development and Partner Management professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to build and nurture robust, executive-level relationships with key regional partners, regulators, and influential industry stakeholders, ensuring Circle's compliant and sustainable growth across various APAC jurisdictions.
