  • • Drive customer success by managing the full lifecycle of client relationships, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.
  • • Partner with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences and maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • • Develop and implement client success strategies, including health checks, business reviews, and personalized success plans.
  • • Monitor key metrics such as CSAT, NPS, churn rate, and customer health indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • • Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring feedback is acted upon and issues are resolved promptly.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption, reduce time-to-value, and improve overall customer journey.
  • • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and development in client success practices.
  • • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty metrics.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
  • • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
