- • Aios Medical is on a mission to revolutionize global health by accelerating the mass-market adoption of consumer biotech products, aiming to enable every human to live at least 100 healthy years. Our immediate focus is on tackling the global obesity crisis by enhancing the accessibility and adoption of GLP-1 medications. To achieve this, we are developing ClinicOS, an AI-powered clinical operating system designed to empower consumer brands to seamlessly offer direct-to-patient healthcare solutions worldwide. This infrastructure will support both our external Brand Partners and our own burgeoning consumer healthcare brands.
- • Since launching Fella Health in the US in June 2021, we have established ourselves as a leading provider of no-nonsense weight loss solutions for busy individuals. Today, Aios Medical operates multiple successful brands across the US and UK, including Fella Health (US & UK) and Bolt Pharmacy (UK). Our ambitious vision is to serve 100 million patients globally by 2035, leveraging this direct-to-patient infrastructure to deliver next-generation biotech products at scale and significantly increase the proportion of people living long, healthy lives. Ultimately, we aspire to become the world's first trillion-dollar healthcare company.
- • We are experiencing hyper-growth, with over 1000x growth since August 2021, over 200x since August 2022, and over 40x growth since August 2023. We currently serve over 40,000 customers with a high Net Promoter Score (NPS), generate over $50 million in annual revenue, and have maintained cash flow positivity for over 24 months. Despite our rapid progress, we consider this to be Day 1, with all significant work still ahead of us. We are backed by prominent healthcare and consumer investors, including Y Combinator, Global Founders Capital, AngelList Early Stage Fund, BrandProject, and the founders of industry-leading companies like Indeed, Curative, and Alan.
- • As the VP Consumer Growth, your core responsibility will be to establish and scale a highly profitable growth engine for our consumer brands. We are targeting 10x growth in 2026 and aim to reach 1 million customers and beyond. This role is pivotal, and success here positions you as the top candidate for the Chief Marketing Officer role for our consumer brands. You will lead a team dedicated to rapidly scaling a robust, low-Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) growth engine that is agile and adaptable to market shifts.
- • Your strategic mandate includes ensuring our growth strategy remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving global consumer obesity market. You will be instrumental in building an A-team capable of executing this vision. This is a full-time, fully remote position, with a preference for asynchronous work across time zones, provided you are available until midday Pacific Time on weekdays. We foster a flexible and family-friendly environment, understanding the demands of team members with children.
- • This is a very senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO. You will work closely with the Head of Paid Media and the broader Growth team, which will report to you. Your responsibilities will span the entire growth function, encompassing strategy, analytics, brand, advertising, conversion rate optimization (CRO), creative development, affiliate marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer advocacy, SEO/GEO, and social media engagement.
- • You will own the overall growth strategy, ensuring it aligns with market trends and company objectives. This includes defining the analytics stack, guiding its implementation, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. You will also be responsible for brand strategy, identity, and creative direction, capturing the zeitgeist of the GLP-1 adoption wave to build generational brands.
- • Key responsibilities include leading the Ads team to create high-converting ad campaigns across multiple channels with exceptional creative and low CAC. You will spearhead the CRO team's efforts to continuously test and optimize conversion rates through both macro and micro adjustments. Leading the in-house creative team, you will drive the production of bold, effective advertising that balances significant creative swings with subtle, data-informed optimizations.
- • Furthermore, you will lead the Affiliates team to leverage successful funnels by expanding into CPA-based affiliate partnerships. The Lifecycle team will be under your purview, focusing on nurturing leads through personalized AI-powered journeys via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice. You will also guide the Advocacy team in transforming satisfied customers into brand advocates through reviews, user-generated content (UGC), and referrals, creating a powerful customer flywheel.
- • Scaling AI-powered SEO and capitalizing on the rapidly expanding blue ocean of GEO marketing are critical. You will lead the Social team to generate hype and engagement by understanding and leveraging the power of "unhinged" social media strategies where power laws dominate.
- • Key performance indicators (KPIs) include Monthly Active Patients and Subscribers, with a target of 350,000 by the end of Q4 2026 (a 10x increase). Annual Global Revenue targets are $750 million by the end of Q4 2026 (also a 10x increase from $75 million in November 2025).
