📋 Description

• • The VP Corporate Processing (West Coast) oversees the Corporate Processing Team to ensure efficient loan processing, compliance, and branch onboarding support across the West Coast region.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising team performance, monitoring file quality and turnaround times, approving attendance and PTO, reviewing loans for training needs, ensuring regulatory compliance (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Reg B), documenting communications in the LOS system, and collaborating with closing, secondary, and servicing teams to resolve suspense items.
